Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 12 PM
PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, and the
shipping method chosen. Rates will be displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 US states. All orders are shipped from our US fulfillment center.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your
package’s progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at
support@keyoflife.us within 7 days of the delivery date for assistance.

Incorrect Address
